The expert brokers at ASPI AG (ASP Global Hotel Brokers & Luxury Properties) focus their efforts on the property at hand. Und dafür nehmen sie sich die Zeit, die sie dafür brauchen. This means taking time to record the details of the property, to visit it, to discuss the property with the seller and show prospective buyers/lessees around.
The ASPI AG branches process around 250 enquiries from prospective sellers and several thousand enquiries from prospective buyers and lessees every month. This means coordinating several hundred viewings all over the world.
Unfortunately, this may occasionally mean that you are unable to reach your designated broker or consultant, either in the branch or by mobile. If they have a large number of viewings with investors and hotel buyers it may occasionally take a few days for them to contact you. Or they may simply be in a different time zone.
On some days – usually Fridays – several notaries, buyers and sellers meet to finalise a buying contract in one of our branch offices. The presence of our brokers and advisors is also required and in the case of complex contracts, this process can last several hours.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and should you need to contact us on one of these days, we kindly ask you to send us a short email, or a text to your advisor requesting a return call. He or she will contact you as soon as possible.
